BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.
I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation of my terms of service.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and the like. Please do not upload my work to such sites.
NFT usage is strictly FORBIDDEN.
By commissioning me, you have agreed that my art style is the one for you. I will not mimic another artist's style.
I reserve the right to stream your commission unless otherwise chosen. There will be a privacy fee. This does not mean that I will stream your commission only that there is a possibility.
Prices are subject to change upon demand.
Commissions are done solely through vGen. If you need help with it please reach out.
Commissioned works should be paid 100% in full for commissions under 150 USD.
Commission of 150 USD or more will be subjected to 50% of the price upfront unless something else was discussed prior.
Commercial Use: 1.5x the original price of the commission.
Filing a chargeback will lead to a loss of rights on the works you have commissioned from me and you will be blacklisted.
No payment is required until a sketch is approved.
I only work with invoices. Checks, electronic checks, cryptocurrency, and money orders will not be accepted.
NDA is +10% of the original price.
100% refunds only if work has not started!
If work has started refunds will only be given for work not done.
If I have to cancel the commission you will be refunded 100%.
I have the right to cancel or deny the commission if the artwork contains any depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual for no apparent reason.
The subject of the commission can not be changed after completion.
Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload if the piece is finished at the time of said revision request.
If you took the time to read this TOS include the codeword "Poison" in the extra info tab of the request form for a 10% discount.
I will notify you at the start of the commissioned artwork, and the Expected Turnaround Time (ETAT) will be activated. If for any reason the turnaround time changes you will be notified.
Client MUST provide feedback when prompted or I cannot be held responsible for mistakes made due to lack of communication.
During the rough sketch phase make as many edits and changes to the overall design as you would like.
Once the sketch is approved the invoice will be sent. 100% upfront for commissions under 150 USD. 50% for orders 150 USD and up unless otherwise discussed. After the approval, no major changes can be made. Lineart and flat color will then happen where minor changes can be made before the final render.
After the final render only touchup type revisions will be allowed. Once the final payment is sent, the finalized files will be sent.
Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email, Discord, or VGen as a high-resolution .png file attachment. (Note; A .jpeg or other file type will also be sent upon request.)
All commission pricing is for personal use only.
If posting to social media platforms you MUST credit me on the Twitter post/platform. This includes Twitch panel credit and assigning artist credit badges if they are emote/sub-badge commissions.
I reserve the right to include my artwork in commercial projects, such as editorials, artbooks, prints, and other various merchandise. I will never sell merch of someone else's original character, but I reserve the right to use commissioned work of my characters, or franchise characters.
Twitch Emotes and Sub Badges will have Indie Commercial Use included in the base price.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY MY WATERMARK BE REMOVED FROM ANY WORK.
Art may not be modified or edited by anyone by me.
